Past AMDA president James Lett II, MD, CMD, has been selected as a member of the Care Transitions Measure Development Technical Expert Panel (TEP) by the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC). The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has contracted with CFMC to measure hospital readmission and physician follow-up for the Care Transitions Theme.
